This spacious, modern haven is thoughtfully designed to accommodate larger groups including two families holidaying together, offering 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 living areas spread across two levels. This well-furnished, comfortable home, which includes a well-equipped kitchen, a sunny deck with large opening doors for great airflow, a private courtyard patio providing the ideal spot to enjoy a BBQ and beverage after a day at the lake or mountain and a backyard perfect for the kids to play.
Haven at the Heights enjoys abundant sunlight throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Just a short walk away, you'll find the serene Botanical Gardens, while the vibrant town of Taupo and the stunning Lake Taupo are just a 5km drive away.
You'll stay cozy during the cooler months with a gas fireplace and heat pump with air-conditioning for the warmer months. The internal garage provides all year-round entertainment with a ping pong table and dartboard.

**Cameras** There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.

It was perfect for our family (of 1st cousins) reunion. We all had our own bedrooms and lots of space to spread out in.

Beautiful property in a pretty good location. Only a short drive to the lake and food options, walking distance to debretts hot pools. Massive house very spacious and great outdoor area. Kitchen had everything you need. Only thing i was a little bit gutted with was being charged for early check in (i only asked for 2hours early and this was only possible if the house was already free with noone staying the night before) so im not quite sure what that cost covered? But atleast it was still an option. Very happy with our stay and would stay again next trip to Taupo.
