The Space:
Welcome to your spacious retreat in Taupō!
This home is perfectly set up for a comfortable winter stay, with plenty of heating options throughout the house. Enjoy two heat pump: one in the main living area and another in the downstairs twin bedroom, as well as gas heaters in both the upstairs and downstairs hallways to keep the whole home warm. All beds are fitted with luxurious goose feather duvets, with additional blankets available for extra comfort on chilly nights. Portable electric heaters are also provided and can be moved to whichever room you need, ensuring everyone stays warm and cosy throughout their stay.
The upstairs of this beautiful property boasts a spacious lounge with a Smart TV and beautiful views of the lake. The lounge opens to an outdoor area, where you can enjoy the sunshine on the deck or host 'al fresco' dinners which can be whipped up in the fully equipped kitchen.
Kindly note that the fireplace is not available to use. You are welcome to use the BBQ however, it is provided on an "as is" basis as it is not included in our cleaner's routine schedule.
Upstairs, relax in a king-sized bed, a queen, and a king single with a trundler. Downstairs, discover more sleeping options, including a queen bed, two singles, and a cosy room with two single bunks.
The house is serviced by two modern bathrooms – One on each level, with separate toilets for added convenience.
The upstairs bathroom features a spa bath, where you could melt away at the end of the day. No need to worry about running out of hot water as the house has unlimited supplied powered by gas.
Park with ease in our off-street parking and roomy garage, ideal for your vehicles, bikes, or gear. Please note: trailers cannot be parked on the driveway. Safety and fun await in our fully fenced backyard, perfect for your little ones to play.
Just a leisurely 5-minute walk away, you'll find convenience at your fingertips with a local corner store, a well-stocked bottle shop, and a delicious fish and chips shop.

Great 3 days with 'old' school friends -reuinion.
8 ladies had a lovely stay. But cpuld have done wih extra toilet rolls and teaywels. Everuthing else was perfect.

We loved our stay here. The house was warm and comfortable and just perfect for our large family group. Close to town and a lovely view of the lake. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can highly recommend
