Whether you’re soaking in the sun, entertaining on the deck, or heading out to explore Taupō’s hot pools, cafes, and lakefront walkways - this home is designed for effortless holiday living.
This spacious two-story home sleeps 14 people and offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two large sunny decks with beautiful views of Lake Taupō.
Relax in the comfortable lounge space with Netflix on the TV, enjoy barista-style coffee from the espresso machine, and make the most of the sunny outdoor decks and backyard in summer. In winter, unwind by the cosy fireplace.
The layout is ideal for multiple families or groups:
• Upstairs: Open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge with three bedrooms and a bathroom (shower/bath + separate toilet).
• Downstairs: Large sleeping area with a seperate bathroom (shower and toilet), plus a foyer with a jug and toaster.
Unbeatable Location
• Two Mile Bay & the Great Lake Walkway - a scenic 10 minute stroll
• The Sail Club (coffee, brunch, pizza & lakefront cocktails) - 10 minutes on foot
• Taupō Botanical Gardens - 10 minute walk to entrance
• Wharewaka beach & playground - 3 minute drive
• Taupō Town Centre - 10 minute drive to shops, cafés, restaurants & lakefront dining
• Woolworths - 3 minutes drive
You will have exclusive use of the whole house, decks and garden area during your stay (the garage is locked for storage), no other parts of the property will be used by owners or other guests.
There are stairs to access the top floor and main living areas (there is a child proof gate at the top of the stairs).
There is also a portacot available for use in the master wardrobe and kids toys, books, board games and colouring books/pencils to keep children entertained in the kids bunk room.

We had a fabulous family stay and our host responded to our messages in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this home. Great location, amazing views, 2 great decks, an enclosed back yard, well equip kitchen, comfortable rooms, seperate bathroom sink and mirror in the upstairs toilet added extra convenience.

Great place to stay We stayed as family for a funeral. There were a couple of things missing. Tea towels and soap dispenser for the kitchen and a full length mirror. Which we purchased and gifted to the house. It was perfect for us. Thanks Nina for making it easy,
