The Blue Creek School house (circa 1870) was one of 7 one room school houses in Salt Creek Township. We have converted this gem into a getaway in the heart of Hocking Hills. The cabin has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed, a full kitchen and bath. Pet Friendly. One large studio type space.
Located just minutes away from great attractions like Tar Hallow State Park, Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, Cedar Fall and many, many more.

As always the cabin was clean and tidy. The heating/cooling system worked perfect on these cold nights. This cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway, or an extended stay. The host are the best and want you to have a pleasant stay. I have been here multiple times and will continue to make this a destination.

This property was much better stocked than most places we have stayed. She even provided firewood, marshmallow forks, and fire starter for the fire pit!

The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials to prepare any meal. The cabin is clean and comfy, and the host are the absolute best.

The schoolhouse was clean and cozy. Check in was super easy. Communication with Kathy was simple. My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary by hiking and checking out the caves. Unfortunately it rained pretty much the whole time we were here. But the schoolhouse was cozy enough that we didn't mimd stating in the whole stay.
