The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker and standard drip coffee maker and is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Enjoy streaming or watching cable on the bedroom TV or enjoy the view of the beautiful community grounds from the private patio. The bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and the bathroom is outfitted with a walk in shower.

Was a great villa with just a couple of issues:1. My GF turned the bed down and the top sheet was scrunched down at the bottom of the bed like it hadn't been changed. We pulled it out and used the sheet on top of the duvet for the top sheet.2. TV instructions in the booklet are inaccurate and we could not get regular or streaming TV..should be looked at with proper instructions left.
