The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

Our stay way excellent! Communication and check in/out very easy. Great location in great neighborhood. Unit could use a little bit of an update, but it’s not a make or break. Comfortable unit and would stay again or recommend!!

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Overall, our experience was good. The unit was clean, as advertised, and a good value. We did have a few minor issues:1) While we stayed 3 nights, there was only 1 little vile of shampoo and conditioner supplied (for 2 people)... should supply additional back-up, just as they did toilet paper, for example.2) Tile floor in bathroom VERY slippery when wet and bath floor mat really, really small. Because floor so slippery, would highly recommend better & larger bath floor mat.3) When making reservation, was given OPTION of either paying $39 for rental insurance OR providing $500 refundable security deposit. I opted for refundable security deposit knowing my wife and I would not cause any damage. However, I WAS charged the $39 for the rental insurance even though I clearly and specifically declined the rental insurance coverage when offered as part of the check-out process. I contacted the rental agency but was unable to get a refund of the $39.
