House is spacious, easily viewable, and has all you need. It is a ways from the paved roads, and the dirt roads are bumpy, but the house and tarpon bay are beautiful. The sea grass was very heavy on the east side of the island, but tarpon bay was clean and clear of the sea grass and smell.
