We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean’s Edge! The property manager, Ester was excellent and helped us plan an amazing trip! All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, and the beds were comfy. The only downside was that because of a storm, we were without powers for a couple hours one morning (no generators) which lead to no running water for the start of the first two mornings. Additionally, part of our oversight was that we didn’t realize the property did not have a walk in/wade in beach. There’s a dock where you have access to the water. Overall great stay, it was further from the downtown area which made going out at night more of a mission, but it was a lovely, quiet getaway to come back to after a busy day. Conveniently there’s a bar/pizza place across the street.

Host was great and quick to answer any questions we had. It is so quiet in the area, a sports bar across the street. The roads are bumpy but they are in the process of paving it. There are restaurants close by, Lone Star, Black Orchid, SomePlace South, Hula Bar are a few. The food tour is a must do! Snorkeling with Guevara Tours at Toast did all of our excursions and they were great. We got picked up at our dock which was great. There is a pool, cornhole game, volleyball net and 2 hammocks at the end of the dock to relax in. Would definitely stay here again !
