Crystal Tower will be under construction during Fall 2025, however weather delays may extend the construction project into the Winter. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during this time. Construction noise is to be expected during working hours. North exterior views of the lagoon may be obstructed at any time. Parking and access may be limited or rerouted as needed. The elevated walkway will be closed and rerouted while the second floor is recoated. For inquiries regarding the construction timeline, please call our 24/7 guest experience line.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Our stay was great, the only issue was that the carpet seemed to be a little dirty which I guess is to somewhat be expected for a beachfront condo. Staff in the lobby was very helpful when needed & the pools were fantastic. This location is close enough to everything but just far away to be peaceful. We were always able to find chairs at the pool & the beach. Would definitely recommend!
