Upstairs duplex unit nestled directly between Little Lagoon and the beach! Ideal location with views of the lagoon from the outside porch. Enjoy the breeze while outside enjoying coffee or soaking up the sun. Spacious interior comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve a meal. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pets considered with owner approval.
Easy walk to public beach access (0.3 mile) and a few restaurants (0.1 to 0.5 mile). Popular Gulf Shores highlights such as The Hangout, Gulf State Park and Pier, Waterville, and souvenir shops all located within 2 miles or less!

Nice property, wide open living space and pet friendly. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Would be great if it was fenced in and the deck was replaced/repainted. A few extra dishwasher pods and rolls of toilet paper wouldn't hurt, either. Overall, a good place to stay for what it cost us. Thanks, Shonna!

We had no issues with our service dog being accommodated. The beds are nice and firm mattresses. Clean facilities. Minor issue with ants. Easy access to the beach and all amenities.

Great place very clean the deck boards need fixed and updated but the rest was great

The deck and yard should not be walked on without shoes. Lots of sand burrs. Flooring was filthy thru-out entire apartment. I don't think it has been mopped or cleaned for awhile. Simple, nice decorations appreciated the washer and dryer.
