This artfully furnished 5BD/4BA home in Vista Ridge offers 3,200 sq. ft. of comfort. The finished walk-out basement features a 75” TV, pool table, arcade game, bar, and fridge—perfect for entertaining. The open kitchen, living, and dining areas flow seamlessly. The spacious master suite includes a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and walk-in closet. A basement bedroom with a ¾ ensuite is ideal for privacy. Enjoy the north-facing deck and a large doggie door for pets.

-NO smoking. Please and thank you. There will be an additional $500 cleaning fee if any evidence of smoking of ANY kind in the house.
-Quiet time is after 9:30pm and strictly enforced
-Parties are not allowed
-If you bring more people than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund
-All person`s 25+ (children with parents are allowed but do count towards the number of guests regardless of age)
-Please make sure to check your stuff and make sure you have everything prior to leaving. If anything is left at our property we will be happy to send it back for an additional fee.
