Location allowed us to have a panoramic views of Fourth of July fireworks. Quiet neighborhood, not as exclusive as listing suggested. Multiple bedrooms a definite plus. Cleanliness of house could improve though, was generally at least mildly dusty, bathroom fixtures yielded a pink substance when wiped down with Lysol. Pots and pans could use updating. Glassware and extra lines were clearly unwashed for some time. Supplies were adequate. Overall, we enjoyed the house, just wished it were significantly cleaner.

We enjoyed our time at this property. The mid-mod style was fun. The view was beautiful. The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the yard swing. Check in and out was easy.

The views are fantastic. There is lots of room for everyone. However I would not recommend it for the elderly. There is a lip in the flooring at every door. It interferes with people with walkers and even canes if you forget about it. The sidewalk and the front porch is a trip hazard as my sister found out. The Emts had to get my brother out of the basement and said the stairs are not to code. The hand rail is also dangerous to your hand.there re no hand holds in the main bathroom tu. The outside swing is too high to make it easy to get in it.
