The host was very attentive in addressing any difficulties or questions we had and the house is very spacious - all bedrooms were a good size and the house in general had a great layout.

This house was roomy, clean, and a great choice for our family vacation. Essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, dinnerware, etc were provided in better quantities than most rentals. Beds and linens were quite comfortable. The host Harry was very responsive and communication was good from before check-in, during the stay, and on day of checkout. The neighborhood was quite nice and we took several walks. So much to do in the Denver area and this home provided a good launching point. Overall an excellent rental property.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood very conveniently located. Property manager was easy to reach. The only problem we had was the uncleanliness. Dried contacts were on the master bathroom counter top. Boogers on the wall where they were in another post, still there for our visit. The house could use a serious deep clean.

Harry was very responsive. However, place not very clean. Hair in showers on arrival, crumbs in the couches, and boogers on the wall in the guest room downstairs. Robot vacuum would go off at 2/3 am for two nights until we just shut it off. Game room was nice. Felt it is overpriced for the rental.
