1. The premises shall not be occupied by more than two guests at any time.
2. The premises shall not be assigned to others or sublet at any time.
3. The premises shall not be used to cook any non-vegetarian food. Consumption is allowed.
4. No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, marijuana, recreational and/or illegal drugs are allowed on premises at any time.
5. Guest is requested to consistently keep the guest suite and shared area premises in a neat and sanitary condition.
6. It is expected that the guest will bear the cost of personal consumables.
7. Guests shall observe quiet hours between 11pm-7am every day.
8. Upon guest departure, all furnishings and electronic appliances available within the premises must be kept/returned in the same condition as found on guest arrival.
