Bathroom was dirty. One toilet roll for 5 people. Only stayed one night. Furniture was cheap and nasty. Some of the Dining chairs screws loose and dangerous. Beds were good to sleep on. Not many blankets so left heater on. Carpet was coming up near windows. And bathroom slider door had water damage on it. Unit really needs an update. But for one night , beds were comfy and it did the job. Location was not really where it said it was , its carlton, but 15min walk, could of got a tram ride, opted to walk it. we were at flinders st. Description says 11am checkout its not. Its 10. And car park is not provided its a further 25. Reception girl couldnt find our booking. She said that maddi didnt tell them we were coming. After many conversations and 20 mins later we finally got the key cards to get in. Lots of stairs too. Area around the carpark at the back of Reception was dirty and smelly.
