Contrary to a lot of the comments, the property was easy to find, the check-in after hours was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The building doesn’t really have a designated carpark to rent a spot for a day, but they offer discounted parking at the public carpark across the road and that was helpful when I had a visitor

Was a good little apartment to stay in, very close to shops and train station and within walking distance to lots of places.

There was some rubbish behind the bin in the bathroom on arrival so it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The pan for the kitchen had a very loose handle and felt like it could have fallen off. It was also hard to wash dishes and the plug in the sink didn’t work. We weren’t given any cloth to wipe the bench down if we had spilt something, just the one tea towel which we had to make last the week. There was also no cleaning services. Upon arrival we didn’t realise this was student accommodation, hence why we didn’t get any cleaning or much equipment to do a small clean such as cloths, broom, drying rack, extra bin bags and a clothes rack for washing. All of the listed above problems were small and we chose not to say anything it’s more just something to be mindful of. It might be worth saying in the advertisement that it is student accommodation.

The location was amazing and staff helpful, the pool was lovely and great for a swim in the evening. The security was god and we felt safe .

The bed was not very comfy and the tv was super hard to work out how to use and kept cutting out.
