Wonderful one-bedroom holiday home on the upper floor with spectacular sea views.
The property is located in the quiet Las Coronas complex in Costa Teguise, just a 5-minute walk from Bastián Beach. The complex features a communal swimming pool with sun loungers and a small bar for exclusive guest use.
Just in front of the complex, there is a small supermarket, some shops, bars, and restaurants. From the complex, they have direct access to the Sea Avenue and the Beach. Ideal for a pleasant walk.
The apartment is completely renovated and furnished to a high standard to ensure a luxurious stay.
It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The room has a large built-in wardrobe, safe, ceiling fan, and heating system.
The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
A towel set per person is provided, as well as pool towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven, large fridge, freezer, and cooking utensils.
The living room with a desk, sofa, and smart TV opens onto the spacious terrace equipped with comfortable sun loungers, table, and chairs. From here, you can enjoy a spectacular sea view.
Small pets are allowed upon request and for a small additional fee.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Roberta. It is a beautiful apartment with lots of space and a great balcony. The hosts were helpful and easy to contact. Las Coronas is my family’s favourite place to stay in Costa Teguise. Definitely would stay here again.
An extra sheets for when using the sofa bed would be helpful
