Casa veramente accogliente. Posizione tranquilla. Parcheggio a 20 metri. A 100 metri la spiaggia. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima. Spazio esterno bellissimo.

Gunilla is a great host. Very friendly. Lovely property. We would happily stay here again

The property was extremely well equipped with everything we need for a week's stay. The location was superb, right in the middle of Costa Teguise with easy access to many shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and takeways. Everything we needed was in walking distance as was the coastal path which made for some good walks. Key collection was easy; we'd been in contact with Gunilla beforehand so knew where to meet her to pick up the keys and communication with her was spot on. The apartment was nice and spacious, with plenty of room for three adults and we found the beds were comfortable. The water for our showers was always hot and the water pressure was great throughout our stay. We particularly liked the outside terrace, with plenty of room for sunbathing. Although the apartment is in the middle of Costa Teguise, noise wasn't an issue for us and the property felt secure too.

There were a few things we felt could be improved on. The pull out bin unit under the sink doesn't work and we stopped using it after one of us cut her hand trying to push it back in. We'd suggest taking the whole unit out to prevent further injuries. The bathmat was a bit whiffy (day 2) - no problem as we washed it however, it noticeably changed colour after we'd washed it so it makes us wonder how long it had been since it's last wash. Likewise the throw on the sofa, it smelt of BO so again we washed it, which wasn't a problem for us. There also appears to be some sort of insect activity in the kitchen windowsill and under a chair in the living area, which the host appears to be aware of as there are insect traps on the windowsill, but still a little unnerving.
