This gorgeous 1-bedroom 1-bathroom, plus common area sleeping, spacious condo accommodates up to 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) comfortably. With its open floor plan and great views of the beach you will never want to leave the balcony where you can feel the salt air on your face and listen to the waves crash!
Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, with its excess amount of counter space and 2 burner countertop stove. Plenty of room for storing all of your essential items.

- NO PETS allowed.
- There is a $40 per vehicle 'Facility Access Fee' collected by The Victorian Condo HOA from you directly at check-in for reservations up to 15 days. Please be prepared to pay this fee or they will deny you access to the property.
- This condo has a camera at the entry door. Maximum occupancy must be observed.
- Non-compliance will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
