The second floor has three more bedrooms. One bedroom has a private bath and a queen bed. The other two also have queen beds and a shared bath.
There is also a large bonus room with a queen bed.
Venture to the lovely backyard to a deck and gas grill or relax on the patio in a comfortable lounge chair.
Are you ready for a swim? Stroll down the private association road to the private association beach where each owner of the association has their own designated spot on the beach.
If you want a larger public beach, Old Silver Beach is a short distance down the street.

The nicely equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances including an electric range. The dining area is directly next to the kitchen
There are two bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bath with laundry area.
The other bedroom has a double bed.
There is also a full bathroom with a great shower located off of the main hallway.

Downtown Falmouth has a library, Carousel, playground,
shops and many restaurants.
Cyclists, walkers, joggers and explorers will love the easy access to the Shining Sea Bike Path which goes 10.6 miles from North Falmouth to Woods Hole with many stops in between to enter the path or stop to explore beaches and Downtown Falmouth with many shops and restaurants.
Woods Hole is at the end of the bike path with the aquarium, Marine Biological laboratory,
Woods Hole oceanographic Institute. Steamship Authority Ferry to Martha's Vineyard and some fantastic restaurants some shops and and even a museum
Convenient to the Falmouth Harbor with ferries to Martha's Vineyard, Fishing excursions and many nice restaurants.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
