About this apartment rental
Modern townhome in Ballard with four luxurious levels! The first floor features a twin bunk room, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a blue couch. The second floor offers an open-concept kitchen, living room, and half bath. The third floor includes the master suite with a spa-like bathroom and soaking tub. The crown jewel is the rooftop patio with a gas fire pit and stunning views. Perfectly located near Ballard’s shops, restaurants, and Seattle’s top attractions.
Please no shoes in the house.
Guests can check-in anytime after 4 pm
Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!)
Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner.
We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property.
Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines.
Please treat the home as if it was your own and leave it as you found it. Above all, enjoy Seattle and all it has to offer! ♥️
