About this house rental
This charming 81 m² semi-detached house can accommodate up to four people and one dog. You’ll find a welcoming, cozy atmosphere and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. A staircase leads to the entrance, where a small foyer with a coat rack helps keep things organized.
On the first floor, you’ll find a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a freezer, electric kettle, and all the kitchen utensils you need—ideal for self-catering. The cozy living and dining room invites you to linger with a large dining table, a fireplace, a TV, and a comfortable sofa area with an armchair. From here, you have direct access to the furnished patio with a grill—perfect for balmy summer evenings. A modern bathroom with a window, shower, and sink rounds out the first floor.
A staircase leads you to the upper level, where two comfortable bedrooms await you. The bedroom on the right features a cozy double bed and a private balcony with a magnificent ocean view. The bedroom on the left also offers a double bed and access to another balcony—allowing you to enjoy the unique view from multiple angles. From this bedroom, you can also access another room equipped with a desk, office chair, and desk lamp, which can be used as a home office.

The water off the nearby island of Warder is no deeper than chest-high and is therefore warmer than on other stretches of Fehmarn’s coast. Surfers love this spot because they find the best conditions here in the standing-water area. Just one kilometer away is Lemkenhafen, with its excellent seafood restaurants and marina. There’s also a surfing and kitesurfing school there.
The neighboring town of “Gold” is only about a 10-minute walk away. Away from the hustle and bustle of the surfers and kiters in this town, you can still enjoy the secluded bay of Westerbergen. Relax and unwind.
A lovely outing takes you to the Flügge Lighthouse, which “winks” at you every evening with its beacon. You’re sure to never forget the unique sunsets.
