Description:
Welcome to a modern concept, newly remodeled, designer luxury home with large windows in rustic Sunriver. Ample sleeping areas with comfortable beds. Enjoy the scenery through large windows and with cozy fireplaces.
The house comes with 6 TVs (5 large screens), high-speed internet, a game room with a pool table and PS-4 (***Please bring your own PS 4 Dual Shock controllers***), bikes, a BBQ grill, 2 fireplaces, 8-seat hot tub, and can accommodate up to 12. There are 2 king beds in Primary suites, 1 Queen bed, 2 Queen sofa beds, and 4 Twin daybeds. All sleeping areas are spread out across the house to give you ample privacy.
All TVs are equipped with Roku, so come log in with your account information for apps or channels you want to view.
Let your inner chef out with the fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a large live-edge dining table. Seating for 10 is available with the dining table and 4 bar stools are available for use with the breakfast nook. A basic supply of spices and pantry items is available for your use.
The house comes with a well-maintained 7,000 sq. ft lawn to enjoy and relax. The interior also features 16' ceilings and large windows. The marble-surrounded gas fireplace in the main living room provides the ambiance with a switch turn on and off. The electric fireplace on the loft provides a cozy space for relaxation when in need. No need to run around for the bathroom when the large family is together. The house has 3 full and another half bath spread across. The half bath comes in with an inbuilt bidet.
Enjoy a family BBQ with a natural gas grill on the deck facing the grassed backyard. Relax in the hot tub with a view of Mt. Bachelor while others chill on the deck or relish their meals.
No need to travel anywhere for stargazing. Relax on the deck at night to enjoy the beauty of the clear skies.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 RPP Cards(Recreation Plus Passes). RPP Cards Include access to SHARC pools, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf. *All RPP amenities are operated by the Homeowners Association and are subject to unforeseen closure or unavailability.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.
Venture out and explore! Sunriver Marina provides the convenience of water activities. Sunriver stables provide a horseback riding facility. Sunriver village has restaurants, shopping, ice cream, and rental shops. A quick 30 miles drive takes you to the Mt. Bachelor area for snow sports in winter and lake fun in the summer.
