I had a very positive experience during my stay at the hotel. The facilities were of a high standard, but what truly made the difference was the dedication of the staff.
In particular, I would like to highlight Marco, whose service was exceptional. He consistently demonstrated a cheerful attitude, genuine attentiveness, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Every interaction was marked by kindness, professionalism, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
It is rare to encounter staff who manage to combine professionalism with such warmth and personality. Marco contributed greatly to making my stay both memorable and highly enjoyable.
