Could not have been better. The location, room and staff were top notch.

The balcony was such a beautiful place to hang out and the breakfast served in our room was such a decadent luxury.

Location amazing, Staff suffer friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Communication with staff before and during our stay exceeded expectations. Bojan assisted us with dinner recommendations and transport options for our next stage of our travels. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Minor issues - a table to eat our Breakfast. Round table was low and used for our Breakfast tray. Collapsible wooden table good to place things on only. Personal preference - I would have loved a room above ground level.

The staff were very friendly and even sent a shuttle to meet us at the ferry since it was bad weather when we arrived. The breakfasts are served in your room and are fantastic and plentiful. The Plum cake was a favourite. The room was clean and had very nice decor. Bed was comfortable. Location in the old town is great and an easy walk to shops and restaurants.

There was a kitchenette in the room but it was missing most of the items that would make it useful. No Kettle, no cups, no cutlery, only one wine glass. Luckily we were self sufficient in this regard but it would have really detracted from our stay if we had not been able to have a cup of tea in the room. (Im sure staff would have happily supplied if we had asked). Also the room was a little dark with shutters closed and not easy to open everything up. Would have been nice for the room to be warmed up before our arrival as we arrived on a cold/miserable day.

Location, beauty of the room, breakfast, assistance and costumer service of most of the staff

Bed and pillow a bit too hard, ran out of hot water every day at morning shower (heard nothing back when I told front desk staff B), a bit dark, clueing completely open shutters
