Fantastic studio flat. Everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Great beds, Air con, shower, washing machine and kitchenette facilities, very clean and convenient. Lots of character. Right in town centre and quiet.

Everything was perfect

Excellent location in the Old Town, very convenient for the ferry port, very easy to find and lots of bars, restaurants, shops close by. Also close to swimming areas. Apartment very clean. We didn't meet staff, but Lana waa extremely helpful and always available via WhatsApp. Korcula itself is a beautiful place and well worth a visit.

Getting up two flights of fairly steep and narrow steps to the apartment with luggage was difficult, but not a deal-breaker.

The apartment we stayed in was aged (not in a charming old town way). I am not sure the photos online are reflective of the current condition. The flooring feels dirty, and is old and shabby. The curtain rail fell down when we closed the curtain. We used the kitchen sink, and shortly after the male landlord banged on our door and hurried in saying there was water leaking to the downstairs apartment (I had no idea who he was at the time). We were told to ‘be careful’ using the sink. There was no visible smoke alarm, which seems incredibly dangerous. The apartment could be so much better with a lick of paint and a freshen up. It was fine for two nights on beautiful Korcula, but I would not recommend this particular apartment (with 2 single beds in it, despite requesting a double on payment) to other travellers. It’s hard to know if the other photos are current, but perhaps there are nicer apartments in the property - perhaps worth checking before you book.
