Loved staying in this wonderful apartment on the water front. We were met by our very friendly and helpful host on arrival. The air con was a delight for cooling off after a day exploring or coming back from the beach. Everything was very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by and the birds swooping around in the evening. Thank you for the excellent restaurant recommendations. Wish we had booked for longer!
My only suggestion would be an ice tray for use in the freezer. We also hadn’t realised that the washing machine stops running when you leave the apartment as the key card cuts the electricity, so need to remember to be in the apartment when doing a washing machine load 🙈

The apartment was spotless and smelled amazing. It looked exactly like the photos. The sheets and bed were super comfortable.
The parking lot is nearby (a 6-minute walk). You’ll need to go up a few stairs to the apartment, but the view from the apartment is absolutely worth it.
Speaking of the view… WOW! It’s magical just sitting there, enjoying the moment.
Even though the apartment is across from a small port, the noise wasn’t an issue at all. The soundproof windows help, especially if you’re a light sleeper like me. In fact, I slept like a rock the entire stay!
We truly felt at home.
Marija is an incredible host. The check-in, check-out, and parking all went smoothly thanks to her clear instructions and assistance. She’s easy to communicate with, friendly, responsive, helpful, and above all, kind.
On our last day, my husband had to go to the ER due to food poisoning. It was a long night, and finding another place to stay for his recovery would’ve been difficult. Even though she had another guest arriving, Marija kindly arranged for us to stay one extra night so he could rest before our long journey home.
There are things in life we simply can’t thank enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Marija!
You and your lovely home will not be forgotten. We’ll definitely miss Jelsa and hope to return soon for another wonderful, relaxing vacation.
P.S. Don’t hesitate to purchase the dried lavender and lavender oil available at the apartment. They’re among the best I’ve ever bought. Perfect for a relaxing bath and a beautiful reminder of this magical place.
