    I brought vacationing colleagues over for what I planned was a special treat. Instead I was surprised at how bad things were: Front Desk - Couldn't find our prepaid booking; presented the booking details as well as our IDs, insisted she could only find one booking, then later blamed me for it saying I did not inform her the other room was for my companion (she had all our IDs and the booking page clearly indicated the booking numbers and names for each room, see photo); - Despite the earlier request made via email and thru Agoda, we were put on 2 separate very low floors contrary to our request, probably out of spite Room - lots of tiny cockroaches (we were just given a bug spray for it) - TV remote did not work (they later changed the battery) - no room slippers (had to ask for it) - toilet seat and bowl is all yellowed out (we asked for it to be cleaned, it improved by about 20%, but still all yellowed out and gross; i've never experienced this issue ever, it is unbelievable) Non-Standard Practices - Rooms that still needed cleaning are left open with the lights closed and bundled up beddings...we see this as we walk to our room, it is unsightly - Only one room keycard; isn't it standard to give two as there are 2 occupants per room? - Cash deposit; was able to pay this, but this policy should be written out in the booking as the property has no ATMs onsite and is in the middle of nowhere; aren't card guarantees already the norm these days? Plus, the room is already pre-paid. - No bath robes - No channel list (housekeeping said there isnt one) - No in room dining menu PROS: - Singer at the lobby was good - Wifi was okay - Aircon works fine - Bed is comfy, sheets are clean - Complete toiletries I regret coming here; should have just stayed in the city (what I actually did for the next day), and get better service and ameneties for the same price.

    Strange hotel. Sort of nice, and sort of strange. No access to the ocean: only a pool. Nothing special about the pool. What is the point of this hotel: no idea: very remote from everything, but deliver nothing in return.
