Exceptional

Saint Nazaire is lovely, quiet and very picturesque. Ker Juliette was above our expectations, set in woodland and gardens. The apartment was modern, clean and had everything for our stay. The lady on reception was particularly helpful, and went to some trouble to find a vet for our dogs passport stamp, calling the vet first and giving us a map with directions. The restaurant food was also top quality. We wish that we had booked to stay longer.

Disappointing experience

The room was not a 3 start at all. It is more like summer camp hostel or dormitory. Asking for taking our garbage and taking of the sheets reminds me my old school days. The quality of the furnitures were poor. The bed and the pillows also not good at all to sleep well. No internet at all in accommodation area. You have to stand in front of the reception building to connect internet cause they close at 6pm. Overall experience is poor for this hotel. If you don't care about comfort, doing everyday work like at home and don't care about internet connection, you might like the place.

really enjoyable, very friendly staff

The swimming pool was the highlight it is very large and well maintained and was never very busy. The apartment was adequate as we expected. the balcony was really pleasant and spacious for meals. the kitchen is very small - there was no oven, only a microwave which was disappointing as it said there was a fully equipped kitchen. The beach is close and is a very nice.

The lack of an oven as I mentioned above. some parts of the property are very dated especially the showers/changing rooms for the pool which were not in great condition

My Girlfriend and I were satisfied,.. but next time we want to stay in a different Appartment.

Only a few minutes walk to the beach .. were you can walk along as far as you want Parking nearby the Appartment .. normally The Site was clean and enough space to walk around

We were on the second floor, but no lift.. and after a long ride in the car.. not very amused At the arrival.. no parking in front of the house/appartment There is a warm water boiler in the Kitchen in the Cupboard.. where normally the fridge should be.. ..and the fridge is in the Cupboard under the Boiler .. (who was the Room Architect with this Idea??) Maybe it's only in 4297 .. I don't know

The property was clean on arrival and all the stated facilities were there. It is in an excellent location close to the beach and the surroundings are nice.

Wi-fi is only available in reception area, this probably the biggest let down combined with a relatively poor local 4G signal meant keeping online was sporadic and difficult. Also outside area on patio was full of weeds which let down an otherwise nice seating area.

This venue was OK for 2/3 days but we would not have been comfortable had we booked for longer.

Excellent location which we will re-visit, but we will be staying elsewhere.

The location was excellent. I would really recommend Pornichet as a location for a taste of France and a great base for exploring the coastal part of the Loire.

There was too much furniture, of not a particularly high quality, in the room. I'm glad there was only 4 of us and not the 6 that the room could allegedly be used for. We also found the replacement costs of equipment should it be broken (i.e. plates, glasses) be completely out of proportion for the quality of the equipment itself, felt a bit like a money making scheme.

Was perfect tot het moment van de noodsituatie.

De ligging, het complex, het appartement, het ontbijt.

Alles was prima muv de directrice. Het overige personeel was perfect. Ons probleem was als volgt: ik had op het strand mijn sleutel van het appartement verloren op zondagmiddag. Dom inderdaad, maar om ons probleem adequaat op te lossen was een disaster. De receptie was op zondagmiddag gesloten en er was nergens een telefoonnummer te vinden voor noodgevallen. Uiteindelijk is er via contacten van de vaste bewoners van dit domein een slotenmaker opgetrommeld waarvoor ik 215,00 euro moest afrekenen. Intussen was min of meer tegelijkertijd ook de directrice opgetrommeld via, via, contacten van deze vaste bewoners. Deze dame was zeer onvriendelijk op het arrogante af, omdat ze kennelijk op zondagmiddag gestoord werd. Hoezo klantvriendelijk? We moesten de kosten voor een nieuwe speciaal sleutel afrekenen ad 70,00 euro en zij voelde zich nergens verantwoordelijk voor. Indien er een telefoonnummer voor noodgevallen was geweest hadden we deze zaak snel kunnen oplossen. Mijns inziens is de verhuurder aansprakelijk voor de gevolgschade, de slotenmaker, omdat er geen telefoonnummer beschikbaar was voor noodgevallen. Dit lijkt mij essentieel voor horeca ondernemingen.

le restaurant et l accueil appartement spacieux et bravo au gardien qui ds la nuit du samedi 11 octobre bat B qui a tres bien reagi quand on l a prevenu d une enorme fuite d'eau ,cascade, ds l immeuble B ..a 01H30 au retour de notre soiree de fete des 40 ans de mariage de nos amis, appel pompier bravo a lui.,, pas de coupure d eau ds notre appart.

La piscine gelée pas agréable vraiment très froide. Trop de vis avis impossible de manger sur la terrasse sans les regards des voisins à gauche à droite et devant super pour l'intimité. Je ne reviendrai pas c'est dommage. Les canapés pas confortable du tout. Par contre la literie très bien heureusement.

Lieu et accueil très agréable

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la propreté et la tranquillité. La piscine, et la possibilité de se restaurer sur place. La résidence est bien placée.

Les personnes qui sont aux bords de la piscine pour lire un livre et qui se plaignent d'être éclaboussées par des nageurs ! Une piscine est faite pour des activités aquatiques, c'est le principe même ! Sinon un sas pour le matériel d'activités nautiques : planches à voile, bodyboard et paddle,...serait un plus.
