The lounge and garden areas are lovely. Our bedroom was rather "eclectic" in that the loo and the shower seemed to have been fitted into spaces that must have originally been alcove/wardrobe spaces! Everything was clean - and we were only there for one overnight stop so not a problem - but would not choose a standard double room for a longer stay (was the only room left available we made our last minute booking). But staff friendly - good (paid) parking - which we are glad we took as public car park had a market the next day (Saturday) and we would have been towed away!

I have stayed here before and was always quite satisfied, this time not so much. I had to change rooms because the first one had the heating turned on and it was very hot in there. The Concierge first didn't believe me, then gave me a room that was definitely not worth what I had payed, rather cramped, dull colours and the light in the hall didn't work. The hotel is otherwise quite nice. I hope it will be better again next time!

Great hotel near the market and beach in Pornichet. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel was eclectic but very comfortable. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and garden. The breakfast buffet was good. Nearby restaurants were excellent.

This was my second stay at Hotel Sud Bretagne. The place is very well designed, and the staff is super friendly. I had asked for a quiet room in advance and got a very nice one with a pretty private patio. The parking space in the back and the lovely garden is another plus. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much.

The hotel itself is lovely and so are the staff. The unfortunate thing is that in room 15 there is no air conditioning and it is sooooooo hot. Had to open window onto an extremely busy main road to let in air. Never slept and was bitten to death by mosquitos. I will never return.
