The property is new, just finished built up last year (if not mistaken). Security and facilities are good, room is comfortable and the most important, clean! The bathroom is also clean! Also the owner prepared extra foldable mattress (put at the corner), but it was only 3 of us so 2 queen beds are more than enough. Soundproof if ok, but still keep the volume low after 10pm! Location is convenient, about 10-15mins to usj, klang, and pj.

Everything except not functioning tv
1. Not functioning tv, asked for help but still no response even though i told them i ady tried all the steps that they taught
2. So many ants omg
