everything was well organized and very comfortable place to stay

3 days 2 nights is amazing. love the room, so neat and clean. The house has everything that I need even kitchen utilities to cook. The bathroom is nice too they include soap and it clean. They have washing machine too. So far i love the stay and it really close to food stall. Might repeat again in the future

The city view from the unit is perfect and the location is excellent (plenty of F&B options within walking distance). The unit is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities (such as kettle, fridge, microwave, cutlery, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board, etc.), which were very helpful.

We were a little disappointed upon checking in, as we had high expectations from the photos. In reality, it’s a condominium that’s over 10 years old, so…. We saw some hairs on the bed sheet and duvet upon arrival. After informing the host, the cleaner came and replaced the set. Cleanliness wasn’t perfect but acceptable. The AC is old and occasionally blows out bits of ice/water. It doesn’t feel very cold, but gives a cosy vibe. The freezer needs defrosting and makes intermittent noise unexpectedly. The towel doesn’t absorb water, can’t dry the body effectively. We stayed for 3D2N and only drove out of the car park once on the last day. Yet, we were charged RM 22. We had already asked the host about this on the first day, after noticing the parking rate sign, but the host insisted that the rate was as stated in the check-in guide. We informed the host we checked out and kindly shared our feedback, but we did not receive even a single acknowledgement. Not even a simple “Noted, thank you.”
