The apartment provided great value for the price, with a convenient location near Monash and Sunway Universities. The apartment complex has a free hourly shuttle that would drop off students at their universities, which in turn allowed easy access to the BRT system. The distance is also easily walkable, although the immediate area surrounding the apartment is mostly industrial and there are no pedestrian pavements. Nevertheless, there are restaurants/food courts and a convenience store right on the first floor on the exterior of the apartment complex, making things quite convenient. The apartment itself was fairly small with three bedrooms and no real common area, but it had everything we needed (kitchen, fridge, utensils, shower with perfect water pressure, air conditioning, etc). As we spent most of the day outside and returned in the evenings to sleep, the lack of a common area for hanging out was not a problem. The wifi worked very well, we had no noise issues when turning in for the night, and the beds were comfortable. Logistics-wise, the host provided detailed information regarding the check-in, stay, and check-out process. The guidebook provided in the apartment was very helpful (although I would like to note that the app-based tracking of the free shuttle is not in use). As we were overseas visitors, there were difficulties in submitting the security deposit, but the host was always very polite, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and are glad we chose to stay here.

The facility is good. Convenient and clean. Easy access to mall as well.
