I enjoyed the cooked breakfast, and the staff were very friendly.

New carpets with a good underlay would be a nice feature.

Only stayed the one night slept there and left after I woke but for the short period of time I was I gathered the staff are very friendly they also waited up for me until 2am as it was 400 mile trip the bed was just as comfortable if not better than the bed I sleep in at home the room was definitely clean enough bathroom was a decent size a long with the double bed also was a decent price with breakfast which I think I missed the time for but they still got it done for me friendly and inviting in the morning with a selection of oj, apple juice milk tea and coffee ect, I had a full English that I couldn’t fault I would definitely recommend staying there as i would again

The bed was comfortable, the room was a decent size and the location was good. There was a nice sea view from the room. A lovely member of staff at checkout offered to provide me a take-away breakfast as I was leaving for a train (which I had to decline due to lack of time).

Somewhat shabby decor/ finish (the photos are misleading). No toiletries were provided in the room (“we don’t really do toiletries”), there was no hairdryer, the TV remote was missing, next room’s TV was audible through the wall, there was a wait for staff at reception and breakfast was not served until 9am (which I therefore missed as I had a train to catch at 9.37am). Not worth what I paid.
