Very good

Wonderful, large, very neat apartment near Bologna. The apartment has been renovated a lot. I really liked that all bedrooms and the living room had separate air conditioners. There were extra sets of bed linen and towels - wonderful. Everywhere is very clean. The bathroom is wonderful. The living room is very spacious with a sofa that transforms and raises your legs. When arriving for a few days, very important things that you need very little and don't want to buy, and they were: Sugar, salt, coffee (ground), detergent, toilet paper. There were all the necessary dishes, glasses, a washing machine. The owner sent very good instructions for entering the apartment. The location was very convenient for us because we had a car. There is a large shopping center (Centro Commerciale Centronova) 2 km away.

The living room windows face the highway, but this didn't cause us any problems because it's hot outside - the windows are always closed.

La casa esta totalmente reformada y muy confortable, se encuentra en una urbanización pequeña con parking privado. Tuvimos un pequeño percance con una caída y el propietario Giancarlo todos los días nos preguntaba como estábamos todo un lujo. Muchas gracias Giancarlo si ves esto.

Ruim en modern appartement met alle comfort, vlot bereikbaar en ideaal gelegen voor een bezoek aan Bologna, met een zeer

Het appartement is goed bereikbaar. Het is een ruim appartement, voldoende plaats voor ons gezin. Het is modern ingericht. De bedden zijn comfortabel. Er is een wasmachine, grote keuken, veel opbergruimte. Onze verplaatsing naar het centrum van Bologna deden we met de trein. Via het station van san lazanno di Savena. Dit station is zeer goed bereikbaar en er is voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid voorzien. Een rit naar het centrum duurt 10 minuten. Er is geen geluidsoverlast van de nabijgelegen autostrade. Guancarlo is een attente verhuurder, die zich bekommert om zijn huurders.

Het appartement heeft nog wat aankleding nodig. Een koffie toestel zou een meerwaarde zijn. Ook een uitbreiding van keukenmateriaal is nodig. Een map met de noodnummers van de Italiaanse hulpdiensten en de bezienswaardigheden en tips van locals is een mooie aanvulling.

Todo magnífico. El propietario muy atento, la casa muy limpia y muy bien equipada. Es sin duda, un lugar recomendable 100% si vienes a Bolonia o a alguna ciudad cercana.

Tolles Apartment mit schöner, gepflegter und hochwertiger Ausstattung

Tolles Apartment, exakt wie auf den Bildern. Einfach nur schön! Sehr sympathischer und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Eigentümer des Apartments, der uns stets hilfsbereit bei jedem Anliegen unterstützte und bei Fragen z.B. zur Region, Busverbindungen etc. bereitwillig aushalf. Stadtzentrum mit dem Bus in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!
