"Modern and spacious, fully eqquiped apartment. It was perfect for family and very clean. The bus stop is few meters away and takes 10 minutes to the center. We really enjoyed our stay!"

É um apartamento confortável com dois quartos, que possui tudo que é necessário. Uma cozinha bem equipada e com muita iluminação. O apartamento fica no 3 piso e o acesso é através de escadas. No banheiro possui uma máquina de lavar roupa, que foi um diferencial. O apartamento é aconchegante e apra chegar ao centro histórico deve ir de ônibus. Também possui uma estação próxima de trem, mas nao leva ao centro histórico. Gostamos muito da estadia. Nosso anfitrião nos presentou com um vinho e mais algumas coisas.
Ambas as camas range. Seriam melhores toalhas de banho no tamanho padrão. Mais travesseiros e lógico taças de vinho para beber vinho.

The space is lovely and comfortable, Gennaro takes care of every detail. He is very patient, supportive and adaptable to our needs and timetables. The neightborhood is quiet and most relevant services closed to the appartment. Great connections to the center of the city (30 minutes away by walk)
The bed is a bit noisy but comfortable

Disponibilità del proprietario, appartamento luminoso,ottima disposizione degli ambienti e pulizia.Ottima posizione per spostarsi in centro a Bologna,fermata autobus a 100mt,zona piena di servizi.Lo consiglio vivamente!
