A lovely place!
The apartment is lovely, spacious, quiet, clean, modern and beautifully decorated, all appliances are in excellent condition. The kitchen and bathroom were fully prepared for our stay. The location is a bit away from the center, but in a peaceful place with a view of the park, near a bus stop and a supermarket.
We informed of our arrival time two days and one day before check-in, but received no response. When we arrived, they sent us a message saying we had to inform them one hour in advance. We were not allowed to leave our luggage, so we had to wait for an hour at the gate under the rain. This was disappointing, especially considering we had informed them twice about our flight schedule.

Happy to stay again
Comfortable clean modern apartment. Supermarket and restaurants close. Secure parking included. Young lady that helped us on arrival was efficient and knowledgeable and helped with the electronic registration that had me a little frazzled. much appreciated. Highly recommended. Easy location for my rural work just outside Bologna but close enough to the city if we had wanted.

La résidence récente, l appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et moderne. Excellent rapport qualité prix. L hôte est facilement joignable et nous a bien renseigné.
