Caldarese Apartment with Balcony by Wonderful Italy

Fabulous location! Close to EVERYTHING - all the best museums, delightful cafes, restaurants and bars, and extremely walkable (only 20 minutes walk to Bologna Central Station). A well-equipped kitchen - there are so many places to buy beautiful fresh produce, cheese and pasta, that we cooked and ate in several times on our trip.

Unfortunately, the key wasn't in the lock box when we arrived, which meant that we had a frustrating hour trying to contact Wonderful Italy and then wait for someone to come and give us the key. (It was frustrating because the call goes through to an automated options menu and it takes a while to get to talk to someone, and the phone call kept dropping out.) But, when he arrived with the key, Alesso was lovely and extremely helpful - he gave us all sorts of helpful advice, and was friendly when we saw him around town.

Hiányzott néhány felszerelési tárgy, pl. egy hajszárító jó lett volna. A szomszédok előítéletesek voltak, már a megérkezésünk napján levelet tettek az ajtón elé, hogy ne hangoskodjunk. Ezt sértőnek éreztük,

Stunning apartment in a great location. Immaculately clean and had everything you could ever need for even an extended stay. Highly recommended

We liked the location of the apartment most. The shower and hair dryer was also good! The apartment was clean and we appreciated the washing machine as we are staying a lengthy time in different locations.

Leading up to our check in day, the number of emails we received requesting to access a link that did not work properly to upload our passports was so incredibly time consuming and took from enjoying the current place we were visiting! We sent our passports thru email, WhatsApp and uploaded to a link so many times we lost count! Also they wanted to know the time of check in which never actually changed from the time we booked our reservation but reached out to us daily to get the exact time. And then the individual meeting us at the property was late. It was fine for us as it wasn’t dark out and he was so helpful but ironic that they didn’t communicate the time with him after asking so many times! The apartment was also incredibly dark and they probably should advertise the balcony! We would not stay here again with all the options available in Bolognia! Happy travels!!
