Attico in the city center, terrace & stunning lake view

The view is beautiful, lovely terrace to sit on with a sun shade provided. Mossie screens on all windows and doors. Lots of space , although note that someone lives here, so there are cupboards containing personal items. Washing machine really useful in the hot weather. Great communication via what's app, host tried to resolve aircon issues quickly. Short walk to the lake. Great to have a underground secure car park but just note it is a very tight space, see photos of Ford Puma. It was a great base with a hire car to explore the region.

1st day/ night the aircon would not work, but host arranged for a technician to attend on Sunday, after cleaning, the bedroom unit worked well and allowed us to sleep, however the living room unit would not cool the space. You could not have both units on at the same time or the bedroom wouldn't cool either. It was very very hot outside and this apartment is up in the roof, the aircon is not sufficient to cool whole apartment. Bathroom drains smelt, although this was the same with the apartment complex outside drains as well. Note the lift doesn't go all the way to the top floor, so luggage has a few stairs to be carried up. (Plus stairs from car park to apartment block)
