All staff on reception were fantastic and went out of their way to makes us feel welcome, offering tips and helpful assistance as we needed. The town Sant’Agata is quaint, close and provided all we needed. Didn’t have to travel to Sorrento for a good meal or a delicious coffee and pastry in a local cafe. That part I loved.
As a woman, I was not safe. A staff member was offensive and approached me in an inappropriate manner. Needless to say I reported this. I say no more.
