Atlantic Farmhouse w/ Spacious Yard!

The house is gorgeous, with lots of wood. Location is very convenient to downtown. The property is well-organized with lots of amenities. The price is similar to two rooms at the best hotel in town, with much more space and comfort.

The internet is very slow (8 Mbits/sec). Difficult to charge laptops due to old outlets. Pans hanging from kitchen ceiling are head-bumpers. Only one shower. The Evolve property management company did not communicate well and was thus difficult to deal with when using a different lodging platform, so I booked the property on Booking.com which seemed to have less dependency on Evolve. Specifically, I told Evolve that I would be in town to attend a funeral and somehow that was interpreted as me wanting to hold a funeral at the property, causing the request to be rejected without asking any questions. I figured out the misunderstanding on my own and communicated with the Evolve rep, who was apologetic but also unable to undo the rejection or approve a new application.
