Appartement propre, agréable, calme, bien situé. J'y retournerais volontiers
L'appartement est très agréable, mais s'il fallait trouver des points négatifs : le Lit/canapé n'est pas très confortable. Et peut être que le propriétaire pourrait remplacer les poeles et casseroles par des neuves, et ajouter une chaise autour de la table et un fauteuil dans le salon... Les plinthes et le sol de la salle de bains pourraient par ailleurs être rénovés...
