The quite of apartment and the area its close to the river and 14 minutes to train station

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement le temps d'un week-end pour le Main Square Festival. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et idéalement situé, avec toutes les commodités à proximité, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable.
En revanche, quelques points sont à améliorer. Une odeur de remontée d'égout était parfois présente dans le logement. De plus, le plancher de l'étage supérieur grince énormément, ce qui rend les déplacements des occupants très audibles dès le matin. Il est donc difficile de profiter d'une grasse matinée.

Well equipped modernised apartment in a quiet residential area a short walk from the train station (albeit a slightly longer walk from the centre).
The list of facilities included an electric kettle but that was missing (confirmed in a message from the owner, it wasn't that I just couldn't find it !) When I arrived the induction hob didn't appear to be working, though it was just that the safety lock had been applied - many people won't have used an induction hob before so it might be worth leaving some instructions (it wasn't obvious that the lock button had to be held down for at least 3 seconds to unlock!)

Posizione tranquilla e facilità nel trovare le chiavi.
Appartamento freddo che non riesce a riscaldarsi perché i termosifoni sono bloccati a 21 gradi (ma forse anche meno) e le salviette erano sporche, con peli e odore di un'altra persona.
