地理位置非常方便 鄰近輕軌美榮站 不行也可以到國際通 清潔度還可以 周遭吃的很多 便利商店也很近 搭輕軌去百貨也很便捷
就是附近因為餐廳的味道 所以晚上開窗比較麻煩 但是白天都很便利

住宿空間很舒適，跟照片一樣，房間的床是普通雙人床，我們這次住4大1小，有一個大人要睡客廳的沙發床會比較舒服。
枕頭比較鬆軟、扁，習慣睡高枕頭的會不習慣，我後來是把枕頭折對半高度才夠。

地點位子很好，離久茂地走5分鐘即到了
樓下是餐飲，所以一樓有很重的油耗味， 浴巾是用了很久的浴巾，所以非常的薄也不吸水！ 最重要的一點是：沒有浴室暖風機，洗澡的門下方卻有個洞，每次洗澡都超冷～～超冷～～超冷的！！
