地點很便利，走出去就有燒肉店拉麵店還有三間不一樣的超商，電梯雖然很小，但是速度很快，密碼鎖也很方便這樣家人分開出門，也不用考慮誰要帶鑰匙
我們住4樓可能5樓也有住人，但因為隔音很差，所以半夜他們還在蹦蹦跳跳的時候我們的房間聽得非常清楚，甚至外面電梯啟動的聲音也聽得很清楚 這對於帶小孩的家庭來說不是很適合，沙發看起來不太乾淨，塌塌米的隔間要自己裝上去也有點辛苦，走廊的地板凹陷都很怕小孩跌倒，浴室窗戶打開就一直有蟲飛進來，但浴室的抽風機不知道是壞掉還是我們不會開都沒有啟動過所以才想說打開窗戶通風結果一直有蟲
