Nice weekend escape

The room we were placed in was outstanding! Truly exceeded our expectations. Was extremely clean and comfortable, and quite spacious! The sauna and relaxation room were nice. We enjoyed breakfast especially! The location of the hotel is top notch! You have a feeling of being placed in a Hallmark movie,such a lovely town!

The additional wellness treatments are rather pricey, and could be better. For example, by the end of the massage the lady was rather loud talking and washing the equipment, ruining the relaxation moment. The hot stone massage was nice though. Only a few rooms have the view to the sea. The swimming pool was really cold, so we couldn't enjoy it much. At that time, there was a group of women drinking and being excessively loud in the wellness area, and none kf the staff reprimended them.

Disappointing

On of the most disappointing hotels during my trip. The hotel advertised that they have WiFi for hotel guests, however, it was not possible for me and other guests (whom I met at the reception) to connect to it. The WiFi code was also shared with the visitors of the restaurant, and when you arrived after 7 pm like me all IP addresses were occupied. I had planned to work a bit that evening, but it was not possible without internet connection. The staff did not care and the only feedback I got on the next morning was the everything Wortbedeutungslehre fine and there were no technical issues. The room was quite expensive and not to fulfill what they promise is not acceptable. Additionally, the room was not really clean.

The wireless connection was very bad. The spa has close at 4:30. what is the purpose of having a sauna if it is closing to early. These 2 points lead to 2 points reduction in rating.

Von Anfang an sehr freundlich...wir sind wirklich das erste Mal in Kühlungsborn sehr freundlich in einem Hotel empfangen worden.. Preis Leistung war gegenüber anderer Hotels hier am besten...wir kennen in Kühlungsborn schon einige Hotels aber hier waren wir baff... Respekt....auch beim Frühstück, alles da , ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre...auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder.... Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Kühlungsborn.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl und ausreichend. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, die Nähe zum Strand und zur Stadtmitte ist hervorragend. Der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben leider nicht das bestellte Zimmer bekommen. Aber man zeigte sich am Ende kulant und wir bekamen Preisnachlass.

Nettes Hotel mit Potenzial nach oben

Es ist ein charmantes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage. Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Wellness-Bereich. Er war gepflegt und gemütlich.

Vermutlich liegt es am älteren Gebäude, denn die Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Man hörte jedes Husten aus dem Nebenzimmern. Die Matratzen empfanden wir als zu hart, daher hatten wir leider nicht allzu erholsame Nächte. Ich hatte glutenfreie Brötchen zum Frühstück angemeldet. Diese bekam ich auch, allerdings leider steinhart. Sie wurden vermutlich Stunden vorher schon im Backofen vorbereitet. Die Wasserflasche, welche auf dem Zimmern stand wurde berechnet. Dies hatten wir in anderen Häusern in Kühlungsborn noch nicht.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Große Auswahl, jeden Tag etwas anderes. Es wurde auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet( das was am Abend vorher nicht gebraucht wurde,lag am nächsten Morgen auf dem Buffet( Abends gab es marinierte Garnelen,oder auch Matjestatar))das Obst war sehr abwechslungsreich,die Brötchen waren auch nicht jeden Tag gleich

Das Rührei war mir nicht fluffig genug, bei der Ananas sollte darauf achten dass die"Rinde" besser abgeschnitten ist

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt- mal wieder viel zu kurz

Hier wurde sehr hochwertig renoviert, unser Zimmer ( Nr.58) , teilweise nur über eine alte aber breite Treppe zu erreichen, war vermutlich früher eine Bodenkammer und war modern mit schönem Badezimmer, Sitzmöglichkeiten, auch kleinem Balkon mit Aussicht auf den Pool- alles top. Auch das Zimmer unserer Freunde. Hier hat sich jemand sehr viele Gedanken gemacht, wie man Zimmer gestalten kann- auch wenn da mal ne' Säule neben dem Bett stören könnte. Diese Zimmer zu reinigen, ist bestimmt nicht so einfach. Alles war absolut sauber. Hervorheben möchte ich den sehr netten Service im Frühstücksbereich. Die Damen haben wirklich das Gefühl vermittelt, dass ihnen der Job Spaß macht. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Insgesamt sicher eines der schönsten Hotels in Kühlungsborn mit einem etwas nostalgischen Flair verbunden mit moderner Ausstattung. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wenn man das Treppenhaus benutzen muss, störte mich der immer leicht vorhandene Geruch von Zigarettenrauch- in den anderen Bereichen merkte man ihn nicht. Vermutlich war weiter unten irgendwo die Raucherinsel des Hotels. Und irgendwo muss die halt sein....

Alles,der Chattelservice vom Bahnhof Rostock und auch wieder zurück. Der Empfang herzlich und sehr persönlich, da ich schon zum 4.Mal dort war. Der Service im Restaurant einfach Klasse und die Aufmerksamkeit von alles super.

Es waren schöne 4 ÜN, wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels direkt an der Promenade und nur wenige Meter vom Kurpark / Seebrücke entfernt. Das Hotel und unser Zimmer 56 waren sauber, modern/neu eingerichtet mit schönem Frühstücksraum und gutem Frühstück.

Wir hatten das "Standard-DZi. 56 erwischt" welches uns für den Preis von 196 €/ÜN einfach zu klein erschien. Die Zi-Tür hatte eine Sonder-Mini-Breite (10cm schmaler) und die Tischlampe mussten wir auf den Boden stellen weil sie sonst vor dem TV stand. Die extra Parkgebühr von 6€/ÜN.

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich und die beiden einzelnen Matratzen im Doppelbett sind permanent auseinander gerutscht, so daß ein Spalt im Bett entstand. Bein Frühstück hätte ich mir gewünscht, daß auch Kochschinken zur Auswahl gestanden hätte. Aber das ist "Jammern auf hohem Niveau", ansonsten war das Frühstück aber hervorragend

Tolle alte Stadtvilla in gutem Zustand, direkte Strandlage, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden

In einem der beiden Zimmer durchgelegene Matratzen, unfreundliches Personal am Empfang, besonders der Herr an der Rezeption, man wurde nicht als Gast sondern von oben herab behandelt, Anliegen wie der Wechsel der Matratzen aufgrund akuter Rückenprobleme meiner Frau wurde nicht so wichtig genommen, nur unter Androhung der Abreise passierte etwas, als Hausgast keine Möglichkeit kurzfristig im Restaurant zu Speisen, obwohl Kleinkind krank war mussten wir bei strömenden Regen am Abend nach draußen

Das Hotel hat eine super gute Lage. Zum Strand nur wenige Schritte. Zimmer sind alle neu renoviert.Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls modernisiert, sauber und absolut ruhig. Frühstück super, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Personal ist nett und sehr aufmerksam. Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal im Ringhotel Strandblick und werden unseren nächsten Ostseeurlaub auch wieder hier buchen.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten 1 Zimmer im unteren Stockwerk und waren trotz fehlendem Balkon zufrieden. Es war ein sehr ruhiger Zimmer.Die Geräusche von draussen störten überhaupt nicht.Die Kopfkissen waren zu flach, aber sonst schliefen wir sehr gut. Die Glastür im Bad ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, zumal man wegen eines Defekts nicht komplett zu schließen war. Es erfolgte eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, was in meinen Augen nicht notwendig wäre. Das Zimmer war gross und es gab außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum, was Klasse war. Zum Frühstück gab es alles was das Herz begehrt und es war sehr abwechslungsreich. Alle waren super freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage zum Strand perfekt.

Ich fand es nicht gut das man nicht eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung bekommt, sondern sie für 3 Euro kaufen kann.Nach einer langen Anreise möchte man ja wenigstens etwas trinken. Die Kopfkissen waren zu flach. Zwei pro Person wären besser. Die Glastür im Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ein Balkon wäre toll gewesen. Der Strand gefiel uns weniger. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nix.
