Good location, not a great breakfast

Great location, comfortable room

Breakfast was not very good, the sausage and frikadellen were cold and the Brötchen were a bit stale. The staff was nice and attentive.

Great location, very good breakfast, nice staff and a nice sitting area/lobby which was essential on rainy days.

The annex/dependance is not 4 star. Really not even 3, but the price is still very high. We stayed in a family room and the layout was ideal- a hallway separating two rooms, but the sofa bed was barely big enough for my two small children under 5 years old. It is much better suited to a couple or a family with one child. The room was not so clean, very dark, and in need of repair/paint job. We ate at the brassiere connected to the hotel and although breakfast in the same space was great, dinner was subpar.

Very good breakfast with optional champagne. We had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening. Other evenings we ate out, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is very close to the beach and the old border-tower. The beach, and indeed the whole area, is very clean and well kept.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, comfy & stylish rooms and a great breakfast buffet. The location is right by the beach, lot's of dining and shopping options nearby. We stayed for a little weekend getaway for 2 and it's perfect for this.

Breakfast was great. Lots of options. Staff was super friendly. They were always courteous. Secure parking lot. Required a special key to drive in. Early check out. We were able to check out the night prior and have an less stressful travel day.

WiFi was horrible in our room. It seemed like the signal ended at our door. Our son ran out the room to get connected every evening. This left us with a unsecure feeling that the door wasn't shut. Not sure if Ribs & Bones was part of the hotel. If so, we couldn't get a table in the time we were there.

Dependance Zimmer bitte im Vorfeld besser kennzeichnen!

Lage super, Frühstück phänomenal!

Man hätte ruhig bei der Buchung bereits erfahren können, dass man nicht im Hauptgebäude, sonder in der Dependance 20 m weiter weg untergebracht ist. Fühlt sich vor Ort an wie ein Downgrade und ist im Winter etwas unangenehm, wenn man sich erstmal dick einpacken muss, um Frühstücken zu gehen. Schade.

Absolut gelungene Architektur und Innenausstattung, überall im Hotel ,sehr edle Vertäfelungen und auch sonst top Tischlerarbeiten , sandfarbene Blockstreifentapete passt perfekt zu maritimer Lage, Gemütliches und stilvolles Restaurant, chic, gemütlich und sehr besonders das Cafe,. Sehr gute Küche, und super Frühstücksbüffet.

Leider zu wenig Ruheliegen für vollbesetzte Sauna.Glaswände statt Holz etwas "kühl".

perfekte Lage, Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, Weststrand und Zentrum sind sehr gut zu erreichen...Sauna und Ruheräume sind modern und sehr geräumig.

Leider müssen sich E Auto Besitzer in Kühlungsborn auf lange Wanderungen einstellen, es sei, sie möchten eine !!pauschale!! Ladung am Hotel für 45 Euro in Anspruch nehmen.

Die ganze Innengestaltung ist sehr gelungen. Bequem und schön!Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Für Pflegeprodukte etc.war gesorgt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, besonders im Restaurant erfuhren wir einen sehr guten Service.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir kamen mit einem Baby um 15:40 an und angeblich war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig. Auf meine Nachfrage bekam ich die Antwort, dass das System das Zimmer nicht früher frei gibt… offensichtlich fehlt hier ein bisschen Augenmaß, denn das Hotel war nicht ausgebucht… Ansonsten war der Urlaub sehr gelungen!

Ein perfektes Hotel mit absoluter Wohlfühlatmosphäre!

Die Unterkunft war wie immer super. Hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, Parkplatz vorhanden und eine sehr gute Lage zum Strand und zur Innenstadt. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln! Eine kleine Anregung unsererseits, kleine Tisch-Abfalleimer beim Frühstück wären sehr vorteilhaft!
