If you are planning to go for San Fermines, it's about a 40-min walk to the city center. The room itself was everything you really needed to sleep and shower. Overall felt safe and comfortable.
The place itself was very bare bones. No plates, silverware, cooking utensils, napkins – if you have intentions to cook, just purchase food you can warm up in the microwave (you will also need to buy plates, napkins, and silverware). The shower flooded everytime i took one, keeping a puddle in the bathroom for hours. Even in summer, I got a bit cold at night and they did not provide extra blankets.

Non ho trovato nulla per poter usare la cucina, né tazze, ne posate e non c'era scritto nella descrizione. Dopo aver acceso l'aria condizionata cadeva acqua dal tetto nel corridoio. La sedietta del wc era rotta, nel bagno non c'era né finestra, né ventilazione. Alla reception la macchinetta del caffè era fuori servizio
