Ubicación perfecta, a pocos minutos de la plaza y el parking saba, zona de pinchos al lado, apartamento pequeño pero tiene de todo, comunicación rápida y fluida vía wasap con los anfitriones

It is a bedsit. What is very good is centrally situated, close to shops, bus station, Plaza del Castillo, Catedral Santander Maria, Mirador del Caballo and bustling calles of the old town. Furniture is solid and comfortable with bedding and bath towels freshly laundered. The internet signal and TV and variety of streaming channels are excellent. Good sound insulation as could not hear traffic/people on street. Bathroom with washing machine was very good and shower good apart from the cheap rickety shower screen.

The kitchen was a mixture of the very good and poor. Cooker, fridge, work surface were fine but the lack of a kettle was a major minus and unsatisfactory. There was also only a small assortment of glasses n cups. There was one large pot and several fry pans very disappointing. There are no curtains for the front exterior window (there is a net curtain) which unfortunately lets the street light lighting up the living-cum-bedroom and given I'm a light sleeper it was very annoying.

Poca intimidad y separación de espacios. No había un lugar donde posar las cosas a la hora de dormir o estar en la sala.

La television no funcionaba, la caldera apagada( una vez que conseguimos arrancarla muchísimo ruido)baja de presión, radiadores cerrados y termostato a cero. Si llegas en Diciembre a las 16H, lo mínimo es que la casa ya esté caldeada, y que esté todo revisado y en funcionamiento, no que tengamos que ponernos nosotros a hacerlo con indicaciones por WhatsApp, y por lo que he visto en comentarios, no es la primera vez que les ocurre.
