excellent emplacement. L'appartement est très bien équipé et propre. Les parties communes viennent d'être refaites. Clim dans le salon bienvenue en été. Petit supermarché Eroski très bien achalandé jute à côté. Nous n'avons pas été gênés par le bruit de la rue.

La ubicación y la terraza
El aire acondicionado no llega a la habitación y con el ventilador que cuentan no es suficiente, por lo que en las noches se pasa bastante calor

La zona donde esta situado y la terraza.
Es un quinto piso SIN ascensor. El suelo de madera hace mucho ruido. Hacia mucho calor en la habitacion y el pequeño ventilador que tenian, estaba roto y tenia vida propia de lo que se movia. Imposible usarlo. En el baño solo habia gel y el bote que estaba en la pared, estaba sujeto fatal, a punto de caerse. En la cocina habia 4 sobres de te y 4 de descafeinado, un poco de aceite y vinagre, nada mas, lo del desayuno continental no se.... Fregue lo que usamos de aquella manera xq el estropajo estaba muy muy sucio y donde lo tenian, mas. En la terraza no habia luz, o estaba fundida por lo que no pudimos usarla por la noche. El parking de la plaza de toros, uno de los mas cercanos cuesta 14 euros.
